Most orders will go out within 24 hours and arrive within 3-7 business days. A lot will depend upon your location and which service we use. During holidays, you can expect orders to go out the next business day. There may also be times during the year when the staff at Real Green Goods is attending trade shows. In that event, a notice will appear on our website. We will primarily use UPS Ground but we may also use the U.S. Postal Service. UPS will not ship to post office box numbers. If you must have your order sooner, we can arrange for overnight shipping. Please call for personal service and shipping estimates.

Some of the products you order might come to you directly from the supplier. Though we would prefer to send all products from our location, we have arranged for many of the larger and heavier items to be shipped directly to you in order to lessen the negative environmental impact that comes with shipping. Because of our East Coast location and the West Coast location of many of our suppliers, we can not justify unnecessary shipping. We trust you will support us in our efforts.

We take packaging very seriously at RGG. We make every effort to ship your product efficiently with the least amount of packaging required. Whenever possible, we will use soft packaging instead of boxes. Whenever possible, we will reuse and recycle packaging materials.  The package you receive might not be beautiful on the outside, but your product should arrive safe and sound. Your package may be filled with a variety of safety fillers that have been reused. We hope you will take our environmental concerns into consideration and also recycle what you receive. Should your product arrive and it has not been protected enough, we want to know about it.

Shipping to multiple addresses is no problem. Each address will receive its own shipping cost based on the cost of the product going to that address. We have tried to keep our shipping costs low and fair.
