If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss your options. We have included a return-shipping label with our invoice that you may use if needed. We would like to know the reason so we can improve our service to you and everyone else. No quibbling here at RGG, we want satisfied customers.

There are Several Return and Exchange Options: 

  1. If the product is defective, please contact us to discuss returning it and we will reimburse you- including your return shipping cost.
  2. If the product is not defective but you still decide that you do not want the item for a variety of reasons, you may still return the item and we will reimburse you for the the cost of the item, however the return-shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
  3. Or, drop it off at our store if you happen to be near Concord, NH. We could always use a break and a nice chat about the weather!
